Always Begin Your Sales Meetings With This

I’ve been in three sales meetings in the last month where this very simple approach wasn’t used – and it caused the meeting to be ‘less than’ what it could have been. When you hear what it is, you’ll be shocked that not everyone does this. But even if you do it, I give you a couple of other ideas on how to make it even better!

    Great audio tip! I have been in far too many sales calls where this has happened. Sometimes even by the second or third meeting I still didn’t know exactly what the role of each player was. We assume it would be “basis” courtesy to introduce everyone and their roles, but I believe it may fall on assumptions, people assume that you have looked them up, that you may have read the email that was sent. However, often only one player receives the email out of the group of people that are there.
