    1. Enjoy the game (of selling) … I loved it
    2. Be impeccable with your word .. always tell the truth and under-promise / over-deliver .. then word of mouth will spread throughout your industry (I was in B2B)
    3. Learn to say no … to prospects who’ll waste your time and to sales managers who’ll try to focus you on the wrong agenda
