Optimal Room Setup

Bill will proved his own laptop. He will need the proper equipment/cable connections. The Optimal Room Setup consists of:

  • 1 table to be placed at the back of the room, near the exit.
  • Lighting conducive to Videotaping
  • Lavalier microphone for audio
  • AV equipment (projector, screen, etc.)
  • Large White Board

(For smaller groups, 50 or less, it is preferred to setup the room in a U-shape)
