“Do you have a sales process?” That’s the very first question I ask when I start working with a sales professional. Only 50% of those that I ask say yes to that question. But, what’s worse, less than 25% have a visual depiction of their sales process. 

On this week’s episode I’ll give you the 4 processes that I believe are most important to visualize. The importance of visualization is you can find the holes in your process.
