SMS Compliance Notice

This section describes how Caskey Training collects, uses, and protects mobile phone numbers and SMS communication data in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines.

Collection of Mobile Phone Numbers

We collect mobile phone numbers only when you voluntarily provide them through our registration forms, checkout pages, or opt-in forms, and only when you have given explicit consent to receive SMS communications from us.

How We Use Your Mobile Number

When you opt in to SMS communications, we may use your mobile number to send:

  • Workshop and event registration confirmations
  • Reminders for upcoming workshops, coaching sessions, or webinars
  • Time-sensitive updates related to programs you have purchased
  • Occasional promotional messages about new offerings (only with your prior consent)

SMS Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or disclose your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Mobile numbers may be shared only with our SMS platform provider (currently SimpleTexting) solely to facilitate message delivery on our behalf, under strict data processing agreements.

Message Frequency & Costs

Message frequency varies based on your registrations and activity. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You may also reply HELP for support information. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will not receive further SMS messages unless you re-subscribe.

SMS Platform

Our SMS communications are facilitated through SimpleTexting. By providing your mobile number and consenting to SMS, you also acknowledge SimpleTexting’s data practices as a service provider.

In Short: We process your information based on legitimate business interests, contract performance, legal obligations, and/or your consent.

We use the information we collect to:

  • Fulfill and manage orders — process payments, registrations, and purchases
  • Deliver services — provide workshops, coaching programs, and digital content you’ve purchased
  • Send communications — including email and SMS messages you’ve consented to receive
  • Marketing — send promotional information in accordance with your preferences (you may opt out at any time)
  • Respond to inquiries — provide customer support
  • Targeted advertising — develop and display personalized content tailored to your interests

Regarding SMS data specifically: Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing. They are shared only with our SMS service provider (SimpleTexting) as a data processor acting on our behalf.

Our servers are located in the United States. If you access our website from outside the US, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed here. If you are in the European Economic Area, we take all necessary measures to protect your information in accordance with applicable law.

We retain personal information for no longer than 1 year unless a longer retention period is required by law. When we no longer have a legitimate business need to process your information, we will delete or anonymize it.

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You should only access our website within a secure environment.

Do We Collect Information from Minors?

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18. If you become aware that we may have collected data from a minor, please contact us at support@caskeytraining.com.

What Are Your Privacy Rights?

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, restrict, or delete your personal information. To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 15. You may also withdraw consent for SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message.

If you are in the European Economic Area, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers include a Do-Not-Track (DNT) feature. Because no uniform technology standard for recognizing DNT signals has been finalized, we do not currently respond to DNT signals. If a standard is adopted in the future, we will update this notice accordingly.

California Residents (CCPA)

In Short: California residents have specific rights regarding their personal information.

Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, California residents may request information about personal data shared with third parties for direct marketing. Submit requests in writing to the contact information in Section 15.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using any website, product, or service offered by Bill Caskey / Caskey Training & Achievement Strategies (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at caskeytraining.com or any related URLs, purchasing our products, enrolling in our programs, or registering for our events, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Services Offered

Caskey Training offers sales training, coaching programs, workshops, webinars, digital courses, and related educational content including but not limited to:

  • Live and virtual workshops (including the 2X Coaching Workshop)
  • One-on-one and group coaching programs
  • Digital downloads, e-books, and audio programs
  • Podcast content and video training materials
  • Corporate training and consulting engagements

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

Section 03

User Accounts

Some services require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@caskeytraining.com.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these terms.

Section 04

Purchases & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. By completing a purchase, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the billing information is accurate.

Payment processing is handled by third-party processors. We do not store full credit card numbers. By purchasing, you also agree to the terms of our payment processor.

For installment or subscription-based programs, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the agreed schedule. It is your responsibility to keep payment information current.

Section 05

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility varies by product and program type:

  • Live workshops and events: Refund requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the event date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 7 days of the event. You may transfer your registration to another participant.
  • Digital products and downloads: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once access has been granted.
  • Coaching programs: Refund terms are specified in your individual coaching agreement.

Section 06

Intellectual Property

All content available through our services — including course materials, workshop content, audio recordings, video content, written materials, graphics, and the Advanced Selling Podcast — is the exclusive property of Bill Caskey / Caskey Training and is protected by U.S. and international copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, modify, or create derivative works from any of our content without prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use for your own learning is permitted.

Sharing login credentials or providing access to our content to individuals who have not purchased is a violation of these terms and may result in termination of access without refund.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Reproduce, share, or resell our content without authorization
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our services
  • Use our services to harass, intimidate, or harm others
  • Transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content through our platforms
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services

Violations may result in immediate termination of access without refund and, where applicable, legal action.

SMS Communications

SMS Terms — TCPA Compliance

This section constitutes our SMS Terms of Service. By providing your mobile number and consenting to receive text messages, you agree to the following terms.

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on any of our registration or opt-in forms, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from Caskey Training at the number provided, including:

  • Registration and purchase confirmations
  • Workshop and event reminders
  • Program updates and time-sensitive notifications
  • Occasional promotional messages (where separately consented)

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final confirmation and will be removed from our SMS list immediately.

For help: Reply HELP or contact us at support@caskeytraining.com.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase. You may use our services without opting into SMS communications.

Our SMS platform provider is SimpleTexting. Mobile numbers collected for SMS purposes are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that specific results will be achieved from participation in our training programs.

Our coaching and training content represents educational information based on the experience and opinion of Bill Caskey. Individual results will vary. Nothing in our programs constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caskey Training, Bill Caskey, and their affiliates, agents, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Caskey Training, Bill Caskey, and their representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.

Section 12

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after the updated terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

By opting in, you consent to receive automated text messages from Caskey Training, including workshop confirmations, event reminders, program updates, and occasional promotional offers related to our sales training programs.

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages by:

  • Providing your mobile phone number on a Caskey Training registration form and checking the SMS consent checkbox
  • Completing a purchase and consenting to SMS communications at checkout
  • Texting a keyword to our designated number (if applicable, the keyword and number will be displayed on the opt-in form)

Consent to receive SMS messages is never required as a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. You may receive messages related to:

  • Immediate purchase or registration confirmations (typically 1 message per transaction)
  • Event reminders (typically 1–2 messages per upcoming event)

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

SMS opt-in data is maintained separately from other marketing lists and is not transferred, sold, or shared even in the event of a business transaction without your explicit consent.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is available on most major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, and others. Our SMS service operates in the United States and Canada only.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
