How To Approach a Team Member Who Is Acting Up

On this episode of the 2X Podcast, Bill discusses a recent coaching session he had with one of his client’s who has an issue with one of the team members he oversees. The team member “Karl” has been acting up lately and it seems to be increasing. His actions are starting to affect the whole team and it needs to be addressed before it’s too late.

Bill gives him some ways of identifying undesirable traits and some ways to approach a team member who might be displaying these traits. When you have a team member who isn’t acting appropriately, the way you approach can be extremely important and might help you avoid a serious problem.

But the fact is that if you have a division…a team…a group…you MUST have a compelling, inspiring vision for your them or they’ll wander around with little focus, and little inspiration.
